Find what's broken.
Fix it automatically.
Most practice software shows you reports.
DocsDr™ actually fixes what those reports reveal.
For chiropractic, podiatry, eye care and behavioral health practices — and every practice where patients call the provider “Doctor.” DocsDr™ works from your practice's standard schedule export, continuously finding missed calls, empty slots and patients overdue for care — then takes action automatically. No new staff. No system changes. Just results.
"Tell me what's broken in my practice —
and fix it automatically
without adding staff."
That's it. Not AI. Not dashboards. Not reports.
Clarity — and automatic action.
One engine. Every kind of doctor.
DocsDr™ is the platform. Each profession gets an edition set up around how its schedules, patients and payers actually work — pick yours.
Missed calls from patients trying to book, patients overdue for follow-ups and annual visits, same-day cancellations filled from the waitlist, and coverage problems caught before the visit.

Running 24 hours a day.
DETECT
Finds the problem before you do
DocsDr™ continuously watches for missed calls, empty schedule slots, patients overdue for their next visit, cancellations, and coverage gaps — straight from your schedule data. It never takes a day off.
Yesterday: 23 missed incoming calls. Each one a patient who wanted to book. None were followed up. This is happening right now in most practices.
DECIDE
Calculates the dollar value of every gap
Not a report. Not an alert. A decision — with dollar impact attached. The engine determines the highest-value corrective action and prioritizes accordingly. Your front desk doesn't have to think about it.
23 missed calls × average booking rate × average visit value = $2,100 in recoverable revenue. Optimal action: a text to every caller within seconds, with open times they can book by replying with a number.
ACT
Executes without being asked
Sends the text. Books the slot. Flags the coverage gap. Triggers the follow-up. Everything happens automatically — the moment it's needed. No approvals. No manual steps. No staff involved.
23 personalized texts sent, each with open times. Replies monitored. Bookings confirmed and logged. All of this while the doctor was with patients.
PROVE
Logs every dollar it recovers
Every action DocsDr™ takes goes into your Recovery Log — the patient, the date, the action, the amount. Every Monday it lands in your inbox, itemized. You never have to take our word for it.
Every recovered appointment listed line by line — who, when, which action booked it, and what it was worth. Totaled against your fee.
Five things happening in doctor-led practices right now.
Chiropractic, eye care, podiatry, behavioral health — and what DocsDr™ does about each one, automatically, without you asking.
Her back went out at 7:40 AM. She called your chiropractic office. Nobody picked up.
An unanswered call from someone who wants to be seen today. People in pain don't leave a voicemail and wait — they call the next office on the list.
Texts her within seconds with today's open times. She replies with a number and she's booked. Your front desk learns about it after the fact — on the dashboard.
412 eye care patients are past due for their annual exam.
Patients more than 12 months past their last eye exam, and contact lens prescriptions about to expire. Nobody has reached out. It's a patient base you already earned, sitting untouched.
Sends each patient a friendly text with open times — annual exam or contact lens renewal — and books them when they reply with a number. Runs until the list is worked.
A podiatry patient just cancelled her 10:30. Same day.
A same-day cancellation leaves a slot empty. Left alone, that time sits unfilled — capacity you already paid for and can't get back.
Offers the open slot to your waitlist at once — first yes wins. Books the confirmation, releases the rest. The slot is filled before it costs you a thing.
His plan changed last month. Nobody knew until the claim came back.
Checking upcoming chiropractic and eye care visits ahead of time surfaces coverage changes and lapses — the kind that quietly become denied claims and surprise bills after the visit.
Texts affected patients to update their coverage and flags the visit to your front desk before the patient arrives — so the claim goes out clean instead of bouncing back weeks later.
It's 9 PM. Someone is finally ready to book with your behavioral health practice.
For a lot of people, reaching out to schedule takes a while — and it often happens after the office has closed. A voicemail nobody hears until morning can mean they don't reach out again.
Replies right away with open times. They reply with a number, and the appointment goes straight onto your schedule. Simple, private, and nobody had to stay late.
Want your number?
Those five leaks are running in your practice right now. Sign our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (two minutes, online), send us one month of scheduling data — a standard export, no system access — and you'll see your estimated monthly leak instantly, line by line, in dollars.
Free. No commitment. If the number doesn't get your attention, delete the report.
One patient. Fourteen seconds.
A missed call to a chiropractic office at 7:40am. The text went out fourteen seconds later. No staff involved. This is the entire interaction — and what you see on your end.

Your front desk finds out on the dashboard — after it's already handled.
You shouldn't have to go looking for lost revenue.
It should find you. DocsDr™ watches your practice around the clock, prices exactly what each gap is costing you, and closes it — before it ever becomes a line on a report you read a month too late. You run the practice. The engine chases the leaks.
"Where did this month's revenue actually go?"
"Why are there open slots when we're supposedly booked solid?"
"How many patients just stopped coming back?"
"What did last week's missed calls cost us?"
"It found the money — and nobody had to go looking."
"The schedule filled itself. Nobody stayed late."
Your fee back in recovered revenue
every month — or your next month is free
Every system does one thing.
DocsDr™ does all four.
Your practice-management system stores data. Your reports show data. Your front desk executes tasks. But nobody has connected those three into a system that detects, decides, acts, and proves it — automatically.
Shows Data
Reports and dashboards tell you what happened. They don't tell you what to do — and they certainly won't do it for you at 2am on a Tuesday.
Stores Data
Your practice software keeps the schedule and the charts. But it's a record, not an operations engine. It doesn't watch for problems or act to fix them.
Executes Tasks
Your team executes — but only tasks they know about, only during business hours, only when the day allows. Gaps still fall through.
Detect → Decide → Act → Prove.
The first system that finds operational problems in your practice and fixes them automatically. Every hour. Every day. Without being asked.
Six systems.
One recovery engine.
Every capability works together — so the leaks close themselves and your team focuses on patients, not problems.
Works from the system you already have.
DocsDr™ starts from your practice software's standard patient and appointment export — a CSV file. No IT project, no system access, no new logins for your staff. If your system can export a schedule report, DocsDr™ works from it.
Systems named above are examples practices commonly export from. DocsDr™ works from their standard exports; these are not partnerships or certified integrations, and all names are trademarks of their respective owners. Don't see yours? If it exports a schedule report, it works. Talk to us →
Every week someone pitches your practice a cheaper AI tool. Ask what cheap leaves out.
A low price usually means no Business Associate Agreement, patient data sent wherever it’s cheapest, and nobody accountable when it goes wrong. Under HIPAA, that risk doesn’t stay with the vendor. It lands on your practice.
No BAA
If a vendor touches patient data without a signed Business Associate Agreement, your practice is the one out of compliance. Practices have paid federal settlements for exactly this.
Patient data in the wrong places
Names and visit details in text messages, consumer AI apps, patient data used to train someone else’s model, support teams with full access and no audit trail.
Texts without consent controls
Under federal law, each unwanted text can carry $500 to $1,500 in damages. Multiply that by every patient on a careless tool’s list.
Seven questions to ask any vendor
Ask them of every tool that touches your patients. Here are our answers, in writing.
We built DocsDr™ like the truck you’d take across the desert, not the economy rental. It does cost more than the cheapest option. It also pays for itself: 2× your fee in recovered visits every month, or your next month is free.
Built DocsMD™ to recover the revenue independent practices lose every day to missed calls, empty chairs and patients who never come back.
Physician, engineer and registered patent attorney with more than 35 years counseling medical-technology and healthcare companies. He keeps DocsMD™ built the way healthcare has to be: in writing, by the rules.
2× your fee, every month. Or your next month is free.
Every dollar the engine recovers is logged — the patient, the date, the action, the amount — and lands in your inbox every Monday. Every month, for as long as you're with us, if those logged recoveries don't total at least two times your fee, your next month is free (up to three free months a year). Nothing to file — the credit goes on your next invoice automatically. And if your practice qualifies, your first month is free — the free leak audit is how you find out.
Measured against your itemized recovery log, not our estimates. 12-month agreement. Full terms.
Straight answers
What is DocsDr?
DocsDr is a Patient Revenue Engine for doctor-led practices such as chiropractic, podiatry, eye care and behavioral health. It finds the revenue your practice loses to missed calls, overdue patients, cancellations, coverage gaps and after-hours booking requests, acts on it automatically, and logs every recovered dollar so you can see exactly what came back.
Does it replace our EHR or phone system?
No. DocsDr works alongside the systems you already use. It starts from the schedule export your practice management system already produces: no installation, no system access, nothing to replace.
Will you sign a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with your practice before any patient information moves, including for the free leak audit. Texts to patients carry the minimum: your practice name, the times and numbered choices, never the reason for the visit.
How much does it cost?
$699 per location per month: our Founder Rate for every practice that subscribes by December 31, 2026, locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. No per-message or per-user fees, and a 12-month initial term. You can also start with a free 30-day Test Drive online.
What is the Recovery Guarantee?
Every month, if the recoveries in your itemized log don’t add up to at least two times your fee, your next month is free, up to three free months a year. The credit goes on your next invoice automatically.
How long does it take to go live?
Days, not months. Setup starts with one schedule export, so there is no integration project and nothing for your team to install.
What is the free leak audit?
Send one schedule export, protected by a Business Associate Agreement, and see what your practice loses each month to missed calls, no-shows, empty slots and overdue patients, in dollars, line by line. No contract and no obligation.
"Most practice software shows you reports.
DocsDr™ actually fixes what those reports reveal."
We built this engine so you never have to take our word for anything. Every dollar it recovers is logged — the patient, the date, the action — and lands in your inbox every Monday. If it doesn't return at least two times its fee in any month, your next month is free, up to three free months a year. That's not a sales line; it's in the agreement.
